Directors

Based near Bristol Jade was formed by David Green and Liz Garton to provide highly professional services to small and medium sized businesses needing a financial input into their operations at a realistic cost.

David Green is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in a range of commercial and industrial fields. In the five years prior to Jade he was finance director of a national training and recruitment group based in Bristol. During this time he created financially efficient businesses from a virtually non-existent base including a fully functional finance department. Party to all major decisions and policy David also had responsibility for all legal, property, credit management, company secretarial and other administrative matters and also lead a small acquisition in 2002. In January 2004 the major part of the business was sold in a successful management buyout.

For the three years up to 1998 David ran a business financial management consultancy providing advice and services nationally to businesses with a range of commercial and industrial activities. Previously he was employed in various senior financial management roles in the Pilkington and Heywood Williams and HAT groups. His key theme throughout has been the efficient and pro-active financial management of these businesses achieved by working closely with proprietors or board of directors

Liz Garton is a fully trained and experienced secretary with extensive experience in PA operations. She ran a much-valued secretarial services business for several years and for three years also managed the accounts and administration office of a nuclear industry company.
